Bespoke Retail Presentations
Land Securities came to NextBigThing with a new challenge: How do we sell our services to brands that are experts in selling themselves? Our brief was to find a new way to present the retail opportunities in various Land Securities assets, to fashion and catering brands in a way that made their offer compelling and relevant.
Our approach saw us combine the in-house experience and skills that we have acquired in helping leading consumer brands such as Nike, Crabtree & Evelyn, and Tiffany & Co. with thorough research & investigation into the brands that Land Securities wanted to attract to their developments. We took each of the brands and identified their specific signature or underlying values and mirrored these in our own creative, creating a brand familiarity and association that was both beautiful and engaging. We considered everything from their own use of visual imagery through to how they used copy and specific tone of voice.
The result was a range of bespoke brochures that are strikingly different and diverse, that are tailored to engage a very specific audience one at a time. This bespoke approach has created a range of very different brochures and presentations that truly reflects the variety of different companies and brands that Land Securities is proud to work with. This approach can be applied to any new brands that Land Securities would like to approach and ensures the pitch will be engaging and familiar.
