We created a story that reminded potential tenants of the legacy of this iconic structure. From Pink Floyd to Batman and The King’s Speech, Battersea Power Station has been a London cultural icon for decades, and building a story around this history allowed us to target a wide range of media led clients that might not have otherwise considered Battersea.
The story was brought to life through an oversized brand presentation, reflecting the scale of the available space and highlighting to potential tenants the opportunity to be part of its next illustrious chapter. The undeniably seductive heritage of the space was enhanced by key messages around infrastructure and retail improvements that will see the whole area transformed over the next few years. The material not only let the space, but importantly, secured their preferred client.
